Yin & Yoga Nidra
This class begins with a Yin practice, and finishes with Yoga Nidra Meditation. The entire class is done seated, or lying on the mat, and is suitable for all body types, and capabilities. Yin generally targets the connective tissue in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Yin poses can be described as passive stretches that can be held for 2 to 5 minutes at a time. Yin is a meditative practice and can be very relaxing. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably on their mat, this systematic meditation takes you through specific points of the body, leaving you with a sense of wholeness. It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can be equivalent to 3 hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra can also help deepen your sleep at night, reduce stress, and can be very healing.
Gentle Yoga

Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin is a perfect complement to an active lifestyle. Yin generally targets the connective tissue in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Yin poses can be described as passive stretches that can be held for 2 to 5 minutes at a time. Yin is a meditative practice and can be very relaxing.
Restorative Yoga
This class is designed with gentle sequences, done on the floor using bolsters, blankets, and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity. This class is perfect for any age or level student.
Vinyasa Flow
This intermediate style of Yoga will generate heat through a flow of dynamic postures linked to the breath. Increase your strength, build your flexibility and energize your mind. Expect Sun Salutations, flowing sequences, and more challenging postures.
Gentle Flow
This yoga class will introduce the fundamentals of a vinyasa style yoga practice, where sequences of movements are linked with the flow of breath. Students will learn the basic alignment of postures and the difficulty is geared to those relatively new to yoga practice. Students will be instructed to move mindfully to increase the awareness of the body in each posture.
Vin Yin
This class will begin with warming postures, coordinated with breath, to help quiet the mind and move into the body. The second half of the class will be Yin postures, which are passive stretches, held for 3 to 5 minutes each. These postures move the body into deeper stretches, which generally target the hips and low back.
